Crutcheze Dealer Aspen Medical Supply Expands Showroom to Enhance Mobility Product Selection
Aspen Medical Supply expands showroom to offer a greater selection of mobility products and rentals accommodating a wide variety of customer needs in the durable medical equipment growth market.
Aspen Medical Supply located in Littleton, Colorado recently expanded its showroom to accommodate a wider breadth and depth of mobility products to serve their customer base, which consists of individuals with acute injuries, aging baby boomers, chronically disabled and those who are choosing to age in place.
Aspen Medical Supply’s approach to selling mobility products is unique and innovative within the industry. They use a three tier approach based on the length of time an individual is using crutches. Tier one is based on individuals with acute, short-term injuries requiring the use of crutches for one to three weeks. For those individuals Aspen Medical Supply recommends standard crutches with Crutcheze crutch accessories for extra support. Tier two represents individuals who are using crutches for up to six weeks, which they recommend the use of Millennial crutches. And, finally, tier three is for individuals who must remain non-weight bearing for an extended period of time. For these individuals they recommend the use of a Turning Leg Caddy, which can be purchased or rented.
“Our passion to provide the best mobility solution for our customers from a comfort and cost perspective led us to expand our showroom and develop a very successful three tier sales approach for mobility products,” said Chris Nolan, Aspen Medical Supply owner. “As an example, we’ve carried Crutcheze for over two years now. We sell out of Crutcheze crutch pads so quickly we don’t even have time to put price stickers on them. They fly off the shelves. Crutcheze is a great cash product!”
“Durable medical equipment is one of six core homecare product categories expected to experience market growth over the next five years despite current economic uncertainty,” said Amy Vicioso, Crutcheze founder. “Chris Nolan of Aspen Medical Supply is a successful visionary. His keen sense of healthcare market trends, ability to take calculated risks, and an understanding of his customer’s needs has really made his latest showroom expansion investment payoff. We are pleased to play a part in his company’s growth.”
