Support National Wear Red Day on February 7th

This day in February is dedicated to the raise awareness for heart disease by people wearing the color red. The Heart Truth is a campaign sponsored by The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, part of the National Institutes of Health and the Department of Health and Human Services, to raise awareness for heart disease.

Did you know that heart disease is the no. 1 killer of women in the U.S., claiming more lives than all forms of cancer combined and Hispanic women are likely to develop heart disease 10 years earlier than other women? 

Learn what the risks are and how you can improve your chances and avoiding this killer disease.

The campaign created and introduced the Red Dress as the national symbol for women and heart disease awareness in 2002 as a wakeup call for American women. The campaign expanded to all genders. “Going Red” is an easy way to put anything red on to show your support. The holiday season is quickly approaching and so are the deadlines for holiday shipping.  The United States Postal Service deadlines for holiday package shipping  are noted above.

 

Please follow this schedule to ensure your packages will arrive on time.  Also, Crutcheze shipping department will be closed on Wednesday, December 25, 2013 and Wednesday, January 1, 2014 in observance of the federal holidays.  All orders received on those days will be shipped in our 7:00 am shipment on the following Thursday.  If you have any questions, please contact us at 1-877-871-8989.
