Crutcheze Dealer Aspen Medical Supply Expands Showroom to Enhance Mobility Product Selection

Aspen Medical Supply expands showroom to offer a greater selection of mobility products and rentals accommodating a wide variety of customer needs in the durable medical equipment growth market.

Aspen Medical Supply located in Littleton, Colorado recently expanded its showroom to accommodate a wider breadth and depth of mobility products to serve their customer base, which consists of individuals with acute injuries, aging baby boomers, chronically disabled and those who are choosing to age in place.

Aspen Medical Supply’s approach to selling mobility products is unique and innovative within the industry. They use a three tier approach based on the length of time an individual is using crutches. Tier one is based on individuals with acute, short-term injuries requiring the use of crutches for one to three weeks. For those individuals Aspen Medical Supply recommends standard crutches with Crutcheze crutch accessories for extra support. Tier two represents individuals who are using crutches for up to six weeks, which they recommend the use of Millennial crutches. And, finally, tier three is for individuals who must remain non-weight bearing for an extended period of time. For these individuals they recommend the use of a Turning Leg Caddy, which can be purchased or rented.

“Our passion to provide the best mobility solution for our customers from a comfort and cost perspective led us to expand our showroom and develop a very successful three tier sales approach for mobility products,” said Chris Nolan, Aspen Medical Supply owner. “As an example, we’ve carried Crutcheze for over two years now. We sell out of Crutcheze crutch pads so quickly we don’t even have time to put price stickers on them. They fly off the shelves. Crutcheze is a great cash product!”

“Durable medical equipment is one of six core homecare product categories expected to experience market growth over the next five years despite current economic uncertainty,” said Amy Vicioso, Crutcheze founder. “Chris Nolan of Aspen Medical Supply is a successful visionary. His keen sense of healthcare market trends, ability to take calculated risks, and an understanding of his customer’s needs has really made his latest showroom expansion investment payoff. We are pleased to play a part in his company’s growth.”

Busted Bling, Crutcheze Australian Dealer, is Back in Business after Cyclone Yasi

Cyclone Yasi Struck Queensland, Australia's northeast coast in early February causing damage to everything in its path including Busted Bling, Crutcheze Australian Dealer.  Busted Bling is now re-open for business.  Read on for full story.

Busted Bling's online store, http://www.bustedbling.com.au/, is a wonderful place to shop for those who are injured and in need of a little bit of bling to brighten their day.  Busted Bling markets fashionable cast and brace covers through their online store along with Crutcheze mobility comfort products.  In February Busted Bling experienced damage from Cyclone Yasi and had to close their online doors for awhile but we are happy to report they are now re-open for business.

"Living in Townsville, we experienced our first major cyclone threat of the season with Cyclone Anthony which fortunately crossed the coast to the south of us and was only a relatively weak cyclone," said Peta Ware, Busted Bling owner and designer.  "Following a few days later, we were hit with the lower part of Cyclone Yasi, a category 5 cyclone similar to Hurricane Katrina.  We experienced severe winds, lost power for 6 days and had minor damage and flooding to our house.  The business was closed for over a week.  To add to all of this, Queensland as a whole has experienced unprecedented flooding, leaving our major highways to the north and south blocked for long periods of time and a shortage of supplies.  We are towards the end of a financially and emotionally damaging wet season and look forward to the drier months ahead!"

"We are very relieved to know that Peta and her family are okay," said Amy Vicioso, Crutcheze founder.  "We tried reaching her via email and Skype just after the cyclone hit but there was no response.  We feared the worst had happened but are glad to know Peta and her family are doing well and that Busted Bling is now re-open for business."

Are you in a cast or brace?  If so, check out Busted Bling's great selection of covers in youth, adult and after 5 sizes.  Busted Bling also carries waterproof covers in children and adult sizes plus a great selection of Crutcheze crutch and walker accessories.  And, if you don't see what you're looking for feel free to contact Peta for a custom design.
