To enter, simply pick out a Crutcheze outfit and tell us why it is the perfect outfit for your Dad. If you win your Dad will by stylin' on Father's Day.
A Crutcheze outfit consists of any of the following in your choice of color or print.
- Underarm Crutch Outfit (set of Pads & matching Bag)
- Walker Outfit (set of Padded Hand Grips & matching Bag)
- Forearm Crutch Outfit (set of Pads)

- Must identify the type of outfit, such as Underarm Crutch, Walker, or Forearm Crutch
- Must identify the color or print of your choice, such as Camo, Royal Blue, etc.
- Tell us why this is the perfect outfit for your Dad

Prize: A Crutcheze outfit of your choice
Contest Dates: Contest will run Friday, June 11th through Tuesday, June 15th. Prize winner will be announced on crutcheze.com Blog Page, Crutcheze Facebook Page and Crutcheze Twitter Page on Wednesday, June 16th. The winner will be notified by email and requested to provide shipping information for the Crutcheze outfit to be shipped and delivered by Father's Day.
