Introducing BFunky Mobility – Crutcheze Featured Mobility Artist for Fall/Winter 2011 Season

Crutcheze is pleased to announce that BFunky Mobility is this season’s featured organization for mobility art.  BFunky Mobility provides a wonderful selection of decorated canes and crutches for users of all ages who have a unique sense of style.

BFunky Mobility is on a mission to help people get around and look good doing it. Their canes and crutches come in many functional styles and creative designs at affordable prices. The creative force behind BFunky Mobility’s designs is Sally Brown, owner and founder of Creative Crutches. She is an adult with Cerebral Palsy who uses a cane, so she knows firsthand what a difference a cane with “attitude” can really make. “Whatever you can put on a tee shirt or a sign, we can put on canes or crutches,” she says. “If you can think of it, we can do it.”

Most of the original art is created by Richard Sherman, owner of J Ames Art Parlor and J Ames Greetings. Merging this amazing application process with Rich’s incredible talent is what produces these state-of-the-art products.

Sally recently teamed with Darcy Brambrink of BFunky Mobility to provide the best selection of decorated mobility equipment available. She applies her designs using a state-of-the-art digital imaging process on canes and crutches from best of breed manufacturers, such as Walk Easy, Guardian and Healthsmart. The result is a beautiful piece of mobility art to use and enjoy.

“We are excited to promote BFunky Mobility as Crutcheze featured artist for the Fall/Winter 2011 season,” said Amy Vicioso, Crutcheze founder. “Sally’s mobility art is fun, colorful and appeals to all ages. She transforms a standard piece of durable medical equipment into a faux hand painted functional piece of mobility art. Amazing!”

“We are very pleased to be Crutcheze featured artist this season,” said Darcy Brambrink, BFunky Mobility, chief executive officer. “Crutcheze customers are known for their unique sense of style. We welcome them to stop by and peruse our colorful cane and crutch selection or contact us for a custom design. From Harley Davidson flames to flying pigs, we've got it all!”
